Thank You

As the year winds down, I just wanted to take the time to thank my blog followers. I really appreciate your liking my posts and finding them helpful or stimulating enough to want to read them everyday. It gives me a little thrill each time I receive an email that someone new “is now following.”

Also I’m glad to have a place to put my thoughts. Posting is not a chore for me; it is a relief. My mind seems to be an endless waterfall of words, constantly flowing into sentence after sentence after sentence. Through blogging, I no longer have to file them away in boxes, cabinets, and drawers. Not that they are pearls of wisdom, but you have let me know that neither are they useless.

Unless I’m very ill, my brain does not seem to be able to relax. My desk, nightstand, and purse are littered with notes that I have jotted down daily while I do chores, run errands, listen to NPR, and read. Perhaps that is why I am so tired at the end of each day – I’m all thought out. As soon as I feel myself becoming sleepy, I smile and silently thank the universe.  I sleep deeply and in one position until thoughts begin to form again, usually before my body is ready to leave the bed.

Thank you all so much…:-)

You’re welcome! I promise I’ll take some time over the holidays to finish the story that you inspired a while back!
